Available to anyone over the age of 16, these sessions are for anyone who is looking to train regularly to have fun, lose weight, train for a specific event, or just to socialise!
Each session contains 3 groups of varying fitness levels, but tailored to your individual requirements. During our sessions we will focus on strength, endurance and high intensity training (HIT).
We use kettlebells and resistance bands in our sessions to help tone and build muscle. If you’re unsure of anything during the session feel free to ask, as we’re all about sharing the knowledge. It’s our mission to help you achieve your goals in the most efficient and effective way possible.
As a rule, sessions are mainly held on North Bay, on the promenade next to Sea Life Centre car park – if this changes you will be notified with plenty of time.
We hold our sessions outdoors in any weather conditions, this is because we spend most of our lives indoors – and it’s a refreshing break to be outside amongst nature. The fresh air and the rush of endorphins after a hard work out in the fresh north sea air will leave you feeling more satisfied than working out in a boring ass gym!
